Terms of use

Career Command Centre is a private career-intelligence workspace. It can organize your evidence, find and rank opportunities, generate draft application materials, and manage job-application email after you connect Gmail.

Features may change as the service develops. We may improve, suspend or remove a feature when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance or product development.

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your devices and use the service only for your own lawful career activity unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Google provides the sign-in and consent process. Do not give your Google password to Career Command Centre. You can disconnect Gmail through the service or your Google Account permissions.

You remain responsible for the CV, profile details, preferences, answers and other evidence you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use that information and that it is not deliberately false, misleading or unlawful.

You retain your rights in your source material. You permit us to process it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the user-facing features you request.

AI-generated scores, summaries, CV versions, cover letters and interview answers are drafts, not guarantees or professional advice. They may be incomplete or wrong. You must review and correct them before relying on them.

Career Command Centre is designed to keep material external actions behind an approval gate. An email or application must not be sent on your behalf until you approve the exact action and its contents.

If you connect Gmail, you authorize the service to read job-application correspondence and to prepare email for your review. Gmail send access is used only for an email you approve. Google Drive access is not part of this service.

You are responsible for the recipients, attachments and claims in every approved email. Do not use the service for spam, bulk unsolicited mail, impersonation or unlawful communication.

You must not:

• Use the service to misrepresent qualifications, identity or work history.
• Attempt to access another user's workspace or bypass security and approval controls.
• Upload malware or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Use automated outputs to harass, discriminate, deceive or break applicable law.
• Interfere with the service or use it in a way that creates unreasonable risk.

The service does not guarantee that an opportunity is current, suitable or available, or that an employer will respond, interview or make an offer. Employment decisions remain with employers and recruiters.

We work to keep the service accurate, secure and available, but it is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, CLAZMA.COM is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities or third-party decisions caused by reliance on automated output.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for reviewing your evidence, application materials, recipients and final decisions.

You may stop using the service and disconnect Google at any time. We may restrict access to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. You can request deletion of stored personal information as described in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
