Career Command CentrePrivacy policy

Your data, under your control

Privacy policy

This policy explains how CLAZMA.COM operates Career Command Centre and handles the information needed to provide your private, evidence-backed career workspace.

Effective 1 September 2026

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and protect the service, including:

  • Your Google sign-in identity, such as your name, email address and profile details.
  • Your CV, candidate profile, questionnaire answers, search preferences and evidence.
  • Gmail messages, threads, metadata and attachments needed to manage job-application correspondence after you explicitly connect Gmail.
  • Opportunities, application drafts, tailored CV and cover-letter versions, approvals, delivery receipts and audit history created in your workspace.
  • Security, diagnostic and service-usage information needed to operate the application.

Google account and Gmail data

Google handles your sign-in. Your Google password is entered on Google's pages and is never shared with or stored by Career Command Centre.

The service requests Gmail read-only access so it can receive and organize job-application correspondence, and Gmail send access so it can send an application email only after your explicit approval. Career Command Centre does not request Google Drive access.

OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored server-side. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except when required to provide support, investigate abuse or security incidents, comply with law, or with your permission.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

  • Authenticate you and keep each workspace isolated to its owner.
  • Build and maintain the career profile you ask us to create from your evidence.
  • Find, qualify and rank opportunities against your chosen criteria.
  • Draft application materials and correspondence for your review.
  • Track approved Gmail communication, replies, retries and delivery receipts.
  • Protect the service, prevent misuse and maintain an accountable audit trail.

When information is shared

We use service providers, including Google and our hosting and database providers, only as needed to operate and secure Career Command Centre. An employer or recruiter receives your application information only when you approve the relevant external action.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and your controls

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, or meet legal obligations. You can disconnect Google at any time to stop new Gmail access. You may also request access, correction, export or deletion of your stored information.

Disconnecting Google stops future access but does not automatically remove application records already stored in your private workspace. Contact us if you want those records deleted.

Security

We use encrypted connections, server-side token protection, owner-scoped access controls and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we review safeguards as the service develops.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of your information. To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, email clazma.application@gmail.com.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
